Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, organisation details and payment information when you create an account or contact us.

We also collect usage data automatically, including device information, log data and interactions with the platform, to operate and improve our services.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and maintain the platform, process payments, send service communications, provide support and improve our products.

Where you have given consent, we may also use your information to send marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.

3. AI features and member data

AI features such as program generation and coaching use anonymised member context to produce outputs. Sensitive medical inputs are handled with red-flag detection and are never used to provide medical advice.

Trainers and gym staff may review AI conversations and outputs for the members they manage, in line with their role-based permissions.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with processors that help us operate the platform (such as payment and messaging providers) under appropriate agreements.

5. Data retention and security

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

We protect data using encryption, access controls, audit logging and other industry-standard safeguards.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Contact page.
