By accessing or using AppilyFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Gym owners and staff are responsible for ensuring their members are managed in compliance with applicable laws and consent requirements.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Trainer and Gym plans are subject to the pricing shown at sign-up, in your local currency where available.

Members never pay to use the application. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to access data you are not authorised to view, or by using AI features to generate harmful or unlawful content.

AI-generated programs, notes and coaching responses are provided as tools to assist qualified professionals and are not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.

AppilyFit is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
